Our model is designed for those entrepreneurial types that want to operate their own truck. BLC will lease you a truck allowing you to cover lease costs as you drive. Technologically empowered, and with dedicated dispatch, we have a steady stream of good lanes and routes and will keep you loaded and rolling as much as you want to drive.

Drivers should meet minimum qualifications for CDL drivers. Drivers without prior experience will be required to obtain training leading to the issuance of their CDL and will be required to apprentice with a certified driver to obtain the requisite experience.

● At least 23 years old

● Valid Class A CDL

● Clean driving record

● Current medical certificate

● Ability to pass a criminal and MVR background check

● Must be able to pass a drug screen

● At least 18 months or 2 years OTR experience with electronic driver logs



For drivers that want the opportunity to own their own truck and still make top pay, our Lease Purchase program is the way to go. You won’t find a better package in the industry. Our refrigerated division will pay you 90% of the line haul with dedicated 24/7/365 dispatch.

● We feature late model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T-680s, with no money down

● Total package will include truck payment, license plates, permits, and FHUT (2290)

● The length of the Lease depends on how long we have had the truck with the longest lease being 3 years
